It uses an exploratory survey of 1,500 British customers to gauge demand, followed by the SHIFT On-Site Search Score, a bespoke test that ranks the ability of 40 British retailers to serve visitors across a variety of metrics.
The 2019 State of Retail Report
SHIFT’s 2019 State of Retail Report contains what we believe to be the largest consumer survey ever produced about the state of omnichannel retail in the UK. The 2018 Retail Experience Score (RES) Fashion Analysis
SHIFT’s Retail Experience Score (RES) calculates how well an omnichannel business provides services to its customers. It is based on a bespoke algorithm which, utilising SHIFT’s own findings regarding consumer demand, numerically analyses the quality of services fashion retailers offer.
